Follow the below steps to add the option to a user:
Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to User Profiles, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Open up User Profiles.
Select the correct user in the list.
On the Proclaim Accounts tab.
Under the heading Client Matter Ledger.
Tick the Amend Narrative box.
