Email signatures can be set up and amended within the User Profiles Program by following the steps below. If you do not have access to this program, please contact your internal Proclaim administrator or raise a support ticket quoting this article.

To amend an existing signature:
Enter the User Profiles Program, click on the required user and then click Update
Click on the Email/ Printing Tab
From the signature drop down, select the signature you wish to edit
Click the Edit Signature (Pen and Paper) icon. The HTML editor will be presented. An image can be added here if required by clicking on the Image icon and selecting the image.
Make the required changes to the signature
Click Accept
Click Save to Save the User Profile
Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to User Profiles, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
