Published app mail profile not connecting

If you need to amend the mail profile on Proclaim and you use published applications from a remote host, you will need to do the following:

  1. Open up your Published application Proclaim

  2. Press Ctrl + Alt + End to open the menu for the Published host

  3. Open Task manager

  4. Click file at the top left

  5. Click Run new task

  6. Type in Control

  7. On the newly opened control panel search at the top right for Mail

  8. Click on the 32 Bit Outlook listing

  9. Click Show profiles

This will now display the name of the mail profile for the session you are in.
You can then update this within Proclaim by doing the following:

  1. Open User Profiles

  2. Locate the user you are amending from the list

  3. Click onto the email/printing tab

  4. Click Update

  5. Amend the Profile name as needed

  6. Blank out the password field

  7. Click save

This is now updated.
