Restrict users from rescheduling tasks

This can be done via permissions in User Profiles:

  1. Open the User Profiles program and select the user you wish to amend

  2. Browse to the Authorisations tab

  3. Click Update

  4. In the Tasks Screen section untick the Reschedule Tasks? option

  5. Click Save

  6. Changes to user profiles will take effect when the user next logs into Proclaim

If you have any issues with this or do not have access to User Profiles then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
