Unable to exit dead case with no diary entries

if you are receiving this message then a setting will need to be changed in your User profile by following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to proclaim and open User Profiles.

  2. Select the user in question and click the TASK DIARY tab.

  3. Change the Allow exit from a case if no imminent tasks exist? Case Type selection box to the case type of the dead case.

  4. Change the Action selection box to Allow exit if no tasks exist and click SAVE.

  5. Sign out and back in to Proclaim.

If you are currently stuck in a case then you will have to use Task Manager to close Proclaim and sign back in so that the update can take effect.

If you do not have access to User Profiles or the above steps have not worked then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
