Tasks can be actioned on cases that are dead either from the Task List in the case, the General Task List or Draft Emails.
Please follow the below steps:
In System Parameter Maintenance click new.
Enter the following:
Key: Allow Action With Dead Cases
Code:
Value:
Press save & sign out of Proclaim and back in to pick the new setting up.
