To allow the user to move around Proclaim during a linked action, you need to add a System Parameter.
Note: This system parameter only works with linked actions that don't require any user interaction.
Follow the steps below:
Enter the System Parameter Maintenance Program.
Click New.
Enter the following then press Save:
Key: Desktop.
Code: Allow Screen Change During Linked Actions.
Value: YES.
Users will need to log out of Proclaim and back in to pick up the changes.
If you or your Proclaim administrator don't have access to System Parameter Maintenance, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
