Error when using Outlook Add-In - There is no Proclaim System to connect to

If a User is trying to use the Proclaim outlook Add-in and getting an error message stating there is no proclaim system to connect to, it is likely to be down to a missing System Parameter. To add the System Parameter, please follow the steps below:

  1. Enter the System Parameter Maintenance Program.

  2. Click on New.

  3. Within the Key field type Linked Action Detached Server.

  4. Within the Code field type Ports.

  5. Within the Value field type 9020-9050.

  6. Click on Save.

If you or your system administrator does not have access to System Parameter Maintenance, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
