Create a linked action

Linked actions are a useful tool for Proclaim as they allow you to do multiple things with one click of a button.

You can set one up by doing the following:

  1. Open workflow maintenance

  2. Click on the linked actions tab

  3. Select the case type you wish to amend at the top left

  4. Click new at the bottom right

  5. Name the linked action and give it a description

  6. Click save

  7. Click Update

  8. Select the Jigsaw icon to open the maths editor

  9. Finally enter any maths/actions you wish to link together.

  10. After saving you can test this in a case.
