Note: You'll need to have had sufficient training on Proclaim to have access to Database Maintenance. If you've not had the training, please contact [email protected].
To create a maths item, follow the steps below:
Open Database Maintenance then from the drop-down, select the required Case Type.
Tip: If you want it to be accessible everywhere, select Global case type.At the bottom right, click New then from the list on the left select Maths.
In the fields, add a name and a description.
Click Save then click Update.
Select the jigsaw icon then use the maths editor to amend the code.
Click Save.
