If you have had the relevant training and been granted permission to Option Maintenance, options can me amended by following the steps below:
Enter the Option Maintenance Program.
Open the Case Type drop down and choose the relevant case type.
Locate the field you want to update in the Option Fields list. If the required field is not displayed under the case type, check the Global Case Type if this exists within that case type.
Select the field and then select the row (option) to be amended.
Click Update.
Make the changes as required. Changes are usually only made within the description field as it is likely to be this which is displayed on screen within Proclaim Desktop. Avoid changing anything within a Code column as codes are often used in Maths elsewhere in the system.
Click Save and Exit the program.
