Possible screen updates
Please see below for some examples of changes you can make to existing screens:
Add or customize a button.
Add a label, image, SQL search, table.
Embed another screen or webpage.
Update screen visibility, rules and authority level.
Rename the screen.
How to update an existing screen
If you have access to Screen Designer, update an existing screen by following the steps below:
From the Proclaim Toolbar, double-click Screen Designer.
From the Case Type drop-down, select the relevant case type.
From the list, select the screen you'd like to amend.
Click Check Out and then click Update.
Make the required changes, and then click Save.
Click Exit and then click Commit.
