To make a field unamendable in Proclaim Desktop, do the following:
Open Screen Designer
Choose the relevant Case type
Find the screen and select and press UPDATE button
Right click the field you wish to be locked
Choose the option display only for either all cases or existing cases
Save screen
Press commit
Exit Screen Designer
Log back into Proclaim as user and test
If you do not have access to screen designer, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
