To amend a text field to allow lower case letters please follow the steps below. If you do not have access to the Screen Designer program, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Connect to the client machine or server.
Sign in to Proclaim.
Open the Screen Designer program.
Click the Case Type drop down box and select the required case type.
Click the name of the screen that contains the text field that needs amending.
Click CHECK OUT then click UPDATE.
Right-click the text field and untick Upper case only?
Click SAVE then click EXIT then click COMMIT.
The close Screen Designer click EXIT.
