If any of the letter descriptions contain a comma, this will prevent Proclaim from loading up the list of templates in the Send Letter window correctly. To remove the comma from the template description, please follow the steps below:
Enter the Workflow Maintenance program.
Select the Letter/ Fax/ Email tab and choose the case type.
Locate and select the letter template.
Click Update.
Amend the description so that it does not have the comma.
Click Save and then Click Exit.
Within Proclaim Desktop, you should now be able to select and load the correct letter template.
