This update focuses on resolving specific challenges identified by Proclaim users, enhancing the reliability of features you depend on most.
Key improvements in this release
Task Server Management Enhancement
• A new system parameter now allows you to prevent automatic notification emails when task servers have scheduled shutdowns on Fridays, reducing unnecessary alerts during planned maintenance windows.
Postcode Search Integration
• Resolved error messages that could occur when postcode searching software is installed, improving system stability for firms using integrated address lookup services.

This release includes over 35 targeted fixes addressing customer-reported issues:
Email and Document Handling
• Sent emails added via the Outlook Proclaim Add-in now correctly open in MSG format rather than HTML.
• Resolved intermittent issue where PDFs were not displaying in the Webview2 viewing pane.
• Fixed bullet point formatting when dragging content into case history.
• Images associated with an email now display correctly when moved via Copy to Another of Today’s Cases.
• Attachments on dictated emails are now being displayed in history as expected.
• View Scanned Document option now works correctly with .TIF files.
Workflow and Templates
• Letter templates no longer reappear after deletion in Workflow Maintenance.
• Memo, SMS and Phone templates now remain deleted as expected in Workflow Maintenance.
• Resolved issue with automatic attachment line expansion.
• Fixed error that could appear when entering Workflow Maintenance.
System Reliability
• Resolved KPI processing errors caused by comma values.
• Users can now add and view more than 20 favourites.
• Fixed Choose Columns button errors in the History screen.
• Resolved screen refresh issues when switching between History and Enquiry screens.
• Task Server Administration no longer freezes when settings are saved.
• Resolved issues where folders from one case were showing in another.
• Fixed lock messages at login related to bExtraDetails.
User and Data Management
• User Profiles no longer hang when copying a profile.
• Resolved duplicate entry creation in user bulk load import.
• User Bulk Load Import window no longer gets lost behind other windows.
• Corrected Deleted column functionality in name search.
• Widened Profit Code field on the Posting WIP Details screen.
• Fixed Transfer Office to Client (TOC) posting when allocated to an Unallocated Credit Note to correctly update the Bill Detail table.
