Access Legal Proclaim v3.5.1.22 is a focused stability release that addresses customer-reported issues and delivers practical enhancements to everyday workflows. This update concentrates on resolving specific challenges identified by Proclaim users, improving the reliability of features you use daily.
Key improvements in this release
Task Server Notification Control
A new system parameter provides greater control over task server notification emails. You can now prevent automatic notification emails when a task server has a scheduled shutdown on a Friday, reducing unnecessary alerts during planned maintenance windows.
Enhanced Profit Code selection
A new lookup icon is now available for Profit Code selection, streamlining the process of finding and selecting the correct profit codes when posting WIP details. This optional feature can be activated by Access to improve efficiency in your fee posting workflows.
Comprehensive Stability improvements
This release includes over 15 targeted fixes addressing customer-reported issues:
Email and Document handling
Links from emails now open correctly rather than defaulting to Internet Explorer from the viewing pane.
Images associated with emails now display properly when cases are moved via Copy to Another of Todays Cases.
Attachments on dictated emails are now displayed correctly in history.
Resolved issue where semi-colons in existing history items would corrupt the view of the history line when emailed.
Accounts and Posting
Fixed Transfer Office to Client (TOC) posting issue when allocated to an Unallocated Credit Note (SCN) – the Proacc/Bill Detail table now updates correctly
Resolved View Scanned Document functionality issues in Posting Enquiry
Corrected View Scanned Document option for .TIF files
System Reliability
Resolved issue where folders from one case were showing in another.
Fixed document generation errors when using Aspose with ampersands (&) in content.
Corrected User Bulk Load Import program producing duplicate entries with the same user login.
User Bulk Load Import window no longer gets lost behind other windows.
Eliminated bExtraDetails lock messages appearing at login.
Improved performance by correcting the partial index used in Find on Force Update Signatures flag.
How this version will be made available
This release is available from 3rd February 2026.
If you're currently on v3.5.1.11 or above Please log a case with Support via the Customer Success Portal to arrange for your system to be updated.
On v3.5.1.10 version or below Please contact your account manager or customer success manager to arrange the upgrade.
