Key improvements in this release
Enhanced Query Dropdown performance
Fee Earner and Query dropdowns now display a distinct icon when lists contain substantial data, providing clearer visual feedback and improved usability when working with large datasets.
Land Registry Integration improvements
Resolved file transfer limitations affecting the EDRS Land Registry integration. If you have previously experienced issues with large file transfers, please contact support to discuss these improvements.

This release includes over 20 targeted fixes addressing customer-reported issues:
Email and document handling
Sent emails added via the Outlook Proclaim Add-in now correctly open in MSG format rather than HTML.
Resolved intermittent issue where PDFs were not displaying in the Webview2 viewing pane.
Fixed bullet point formatting when dragging content into case history.
Workflow and Templates
Letter templates no longer reappear after deletion in Workflow Maintenance.
Memo, SMS and Phone templates now remain deleted as expected in Workflow Maintenance.
Resolved issue with automatic attachment line expansion.
System Reliability
Fixed system lock occurring when selecting Cancel after using Exit All Cases.
Resolved KPI processing errors caused by comma values.
Corrected visual glitch in Maths Editor.
Users can now add and view more than 20 favourites.
Fixed Choose Columns button errors in the History screen.
Resolved screen refresh issues when switching between History and Enquiry screens.

Fixed User Profiles error when comparing users.

How this version will be made available
This release is available from 1st December 2025.
If you're currently on v3.5.1.11 or above Please log a case with Support via the Customer Success Portal to arrange for your system to be updated.
On v3.5.1.10 version or below Please contact your account manager or customer success manager to arrange the upgrade.
