Download new or updated forms and update them in Proclaim

Download the form

Note: This is strictly for PDF's forms, this does not apply to Word documents.

To download the latest Webforms, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure you are logged into the Customer Success Portal.

  2. Visit Webforms then select the relevant article.
    Tip: Alternatively, you can search the knowledge base for a specific form name or number.

  3. Within the article, next to the form or pack you require, click the PDF or EXE, then click Download.

  4. Within the location of you're webform folder, save the form.
    Note: The webform folder location is likely to be C:\temp\proclaim\webforms unless you've changed the Default Web Form field in User Profiles.

  5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for any other forms that you require.

Update the form in Proclaim

  1. Enter the Workflow Maintenance program then select the Forms Tab.

  2. Click the Globe icon button.
    Note: Proclaim will display a list of the forms that have been downloaded.

  3. Untick any forms in the list that you do not wish to include in the update.

  4. At the bottom right-hand side of the window, click the Tick button.

Tip: In the Letters/Fax/Email area of Workflow maintenance, view any templates that use an updated form to ensure the changes have been picked up correctly and add any additional fields required.

If you or your system administrator don't have access to Workflow Maintenance, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
