Documents on emails are sending with a blank letterhead

In order to resolve this issue you will need to have access to the Workflow Maintenance program on your Proclaim toolbar. Please see below instructions on how to check/amend the letterhead form:

  1. Enter Workflow Maintenance select the right module/case type (PI, Family, General, etc.)

  2. Find the document you are trying to amend either by using it's code and navigating to it (codes are set in an alphabetical order) or by using the search function (small magnifying glass) in the upper right hand corner

  3. Click on Update and in the forms fields (3rd field down from the code of the document in the bottom part of Workflow maintenance) from the drop down select the desired form for the correspondent action you want that form to be used with:

    • For letters - form will only be used when the send letter function is used

    • For Fax - form will only be used when the send fax is used

    • For email - form will only be used when the send email function is used

  4. Save, Exit and go back to your Proclaim Desktop/ Main Case Handling and use the different functions to test out the changes and determine is they were implemented.
