Word formatting is reverting back

Proclaim Letter has multiple formatting added to Resolve this follow these few resolutions:

1) Open Workflow Maintenance, Check the Form behind the letter.
2) Make sure Form of the letter has proclaim style selected.
3) Apply the change if Proclaim Style is not selected.
4) Test.

If proclaim style is selected and you are still having issues, then try below solution:

1) Open document in Workflow Maintenance, make sure you are on correct case type.
2) Copy all the text from the Letter and Paste it on WordPad (this will remove extra formatting).
3) We need to copy the text back to letter, use Ctrl+C to copy it back to letter in Workflow maintenance.
4) Make sure to add all the proclaim fields back.
5) Test the letter on one of the test case, it should be in correct formatting.
