Firstly, please test printing from outside the hosted desktop. If printing is not working correctly here, it will not work correctly from within the hosted desktop.
This can occur when your local device loses connection to the printer you are looking to use.
You can remedy this by following the steps below:
Click the windows icon at the bottom left of your screen to open the start menu
Click on the profile image at the left-hand side of the start menu
Click sign out not disconnect
When you have signed out, re-connect and it will re-sync any local devices.
If printing is working fine from outside the hosted desktop, but it still does not work from within the hosted desktop or from Proclaim, please create a new case via the digital assistant and say "Speak to a human agent" to be transferred directly to our support team.
