Overview
This article explains how to arrange installation of the latest Proclaim hotfix within the Access hosted environment.
Please note, if your Proclaim software is not hosted with us, please click here and follow the instructions.
A hotfix is applied by our dedicated technical team and typically takes between 10 and 30 minutes per server. The hotfix can be installed at a time that suits you, provided all users are fully logged out of Proclaim during the work.
Requesting a Hotfix Installation
During support hours
If you would like the latest Proclaim hotfix applied during standard support hours (8am to 6pm), please raise a request via the My Access Portal. Our Support team will review your request and confirm available time slots.
Out-of-hours installations
If you would prefer the hotfix to be applied outside of support hours, this can be arranged by The Access Group. Please note that out-of-hours installations are chargeable or can be covered using Flexpoints.

If you use Flexpoints, you can request the hotfix installation directly using the appropriate option below:
Without Flexpoints
If you do not use Flexpoints, please contact our Support team through the My Access Portal and request for the latest Proclaim hotfix to be applied. When submitting your request, let us know whether you would like the work carried out during support hours or out of hours.
Your request will then be passed to our Consultancy team, who will contact you to arrange the booking.
