Address block field coming up blank on the client screen

In proclaim desktop test doing a send letter to see whether the address comes through:

  1. On the case go to the viewing pane

  2. Select Quick View

  3. Click New

  4. Add the Client Address block field to Quick View

  5. If the field is populated then the field may need re-adding to the screen in screen designer

If the issue is still persisting, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
