This issue is caused by images on a Word document not pulling through to the Proclaim viewing pane correctly. In order to fix this please follow the steps below.
Sign in to Proclaim and open Workflow Maintenance.
Click the Forms tab and locate the faulty form.
Open the form in Word.
Right-click the faulty image, cut, then paste the image.
Move the newly pasted image to where the original was.
Save the document.
Once these steps have been followed test to make sure that the images are now displaying correctly. If this does not work then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
