Export Case/Diary/History not working

In the event you have set up an export file, where the export itself works in the case/diary/history format, but the history is not being exported, the first thing you should check is the pathing for the export folder.

For example you might have a path like this: C:\Case Export
​
If the above example applies the export will still run however there will be no history documents in the path.

In order to address this issue simply change this to: C:\Case Export\
​
The \ at the end of the path will allow the proclaim export to see the file path clearly and will be able to then dump the history files in the folder.
