Creating a PDF bundle of documents

History entries can be converted into PDF documents by following the steps below.


This applies to converting a single entry into a PDF, or multiple entries being bundled into a single PDF document:

  1. Enter the case containing the required document/s

  2. Select the Produce a memo action

  3. Select the correspondent as Client

  4. Select the phrase of BD – Manual Bundle

  5. Click the ATTACH button at the bottom of the window

  6. Select the History item from the top half of the window and click the down arrow to move it into Selected documents. To remove a selection, click on the item/s from the selected documents pane and click on the up arrow. This process can also be applied to items from the library by clicking the Library tab

  7. To include documents from outside of Proclaim, e.g. from your desktop, click on the Yellow Folder icon

  8. To the side of the Selected documents pane are some options for the layout of the bundle - for example, the up and down arrows allow the reordering of items in the Selected documents pane and determine the final order in the PDF

  9. At the bottom of the screen are some additional functions which format the bundle

  10. Click the Accept Tick, to the bottom right of the window

  11. Click ACCEPT on the Memo window

  12. Proclaim will combine all documents into a single PDF. When the routine has finished the PDF can be accessed through the History of the case
