If you have dragged a Word document into the history of a case and want to amend it in Proclaim but you are unable to do so because the document opens as Read-Only, then the most likely cause of this is that the document was saved as Read-Only before being dragged into Proclaim.
Please make sure that the document is not in Read-Only before saving and adding to Proclaim.
If this does not work then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
