If you find that you are unable to view the history items in cases but other users who access the same cases are able to, this is most likely because your history columns have been expanded massively so that you are unable to view the contents. in order to fix this please follow the steps below.
Open Proclaim and open Main Case Handling/Proclaim Desktop.
Open any case and open the History tab.
Scroll to the far right of the screen and double click where you can alter the column size.
This will start to resize the columns to a manageable width. Do this as many times as needed.
If this does not work then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
