BPC slip posting not appearing on the case history

Follow the below steps to confirm the BPC is posted as a slip:

  1. Select Accounts in the Proclaim Desktop.

  2. Double click the transaction you want to view on the ledger.

  3. In the Posting Enquiry select the Detail tab.

  4. Check if the tick box marked slip is ticked if it isn't then the posting wasn't a slip.

If none of the slips are showing on the case history then check the below area to make sure the correct settings are ticked:

  1. Go into Slip Configuration.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click on the History Records tab.

  4. Check which options are ticked regarding slips creating History records.


If the correct box is ticked then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
