Unable to view query options

In order to resolve the issue for the search options in queries not showing please follow the steps below.

These instructions will require access to the User Profiles and SQL Maintenance programs on the Proclaim toolbar.

If you do not have access to these programs please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

  1. Sign in to Proclaim on the client's machine/server.

  2. Open SQL Maintenance.

  3. Click on the Case Type drop-down box and select the correct case type.

  4. On each SQL check what number is listed next to Security Level: and click EXIT.

  5. Open User Profiles and find the user in question.

  6. Select the user profile and click UPDATE.

  7. Change the number listed next to Security Level on the MAIN tab to the security level of the SQL.

  8. Click SAVE then click EXIT.
