To get new Web SQL searches to appear within Fileview you must ensure that you check the below:
Check on the users' user profile in proclaim on the Email/Printing tab under "restricted users"
Click the drop down for Case type and select the one that is being used in fileview
You must then check what the DB data field is set to e.g. Source name
Now you can go to the query within SQL Maintenance
Open SQL maintenance
Find the web SQL query you are unable to see in Fileview and alter the criteria
The criteria must start with:
(Your field from the users profile) Begins with the answer to the question "question"
As long as this is the first criteria in the list - your SQL will appear in fileview.
