To create a new SQL search on your Proclaim system, you will need access to SQL maintenance to do this:

  1. Open SQL maintenance

  2. Select the case type you wish to search in on the top left

  3. Click the New button at the bottom right

  4. Type the code that you wish to associate with the SQL search in the first box

  5. Type the description of what it does in the second box

  6. Click save

  7. Select the criteria tab

  8. Click update at the bottom right

  9. Click the plus icon to add criteria

  10. Select a field to base the criteria on, E.G client address line 1.

  11. Then choose what you want to search against the criteria such as a question: What is the clients name?

  12. Click save

You have now created an SQL case search.
If you have any further issues or do not have access to SQL maintenance, then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
