On the Proclaim menu, open Database Maintenance
Search for the 2 maths field:
InfoTrack – Password
InfoTrack - Username
Update the maths with the existing/new users details. InfoTrack will provide a InfoTrack Username and Password to input
The user will need to sign out of Proclaim and back in to pick this change up
If you do not have access to Database Maintenance, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team. Include the users username and password that need adding.
