Note: If you or your Proclaim administrator doesn't have access to User Profiles, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.

Reset the password by following the steps below:
From the Proclaim toolbar, double-click User Profiles.
Select the User then click Update.
In the Password field, remove the old password and re-type the new one.
Click Save.
