Reset the password by going into the password profile program:
From the Proclaim toolbar, double-click Password Profile Program.
At the top of this screen, click the change password option.
In the change Password screen, select the user affected.
Ask the user to put in a new password and click apply.
Ask the user to log back in. The account should now be unlocked.
