Password Reset

Note: If you or your Proclaim administrator doesn't have access to Password Profile Program, please ask to speak to a human to start a conversation with one of our team in the chat window.

Reset the password by going into the password profile program:

  1. From the Proclaim toolbar, double-click Password Profile Program.

  2. At the top of this screen, click the change password option.

  3. In the change Password screen, select the user affected.

  4. Ask the user to put in a new password and click apply.

  5. Ask the user to log back in. The account should now be unlocked.
