To be able to view another user's calendar in Proclaim you need to firstly ensure that they are in the list of users in User Profiles. Log onto the Eclipse admin account on the server or a client's machine and highlight the user that would like to access someone else's calendar:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab.

  2. Click on Update. Check if the user is in the list in Calendar Permissions. This is the username for the person you would like to access their calendar.

  3. Ensure they have the correct permissions ticked (tick the ones that apply).

  4. Click on Save and Exit.

  5. Ask the user to log into their Proclaim account and click on the 'Calendar' program in the toolbar or within Proclaim Desktop.

  6. In the list of Users and Groups tick the box for the user in question and then click on Refresh Checked Items - This will allow the user to view all calendar entries for the user(s) selected.

If you or your Proclaim Administrator don't have access to User Profiles, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
