If you are unable to access the Control Panel program on the user's machine, contact their general IT to find out their Outlook Profile name, or skip to step 7.
Connect to the affected user's machine.
Search for and open the Control Panel program.
Type Mail into the top right search bar.
Select Mail (Microsoft Outlook) (32-bit).
Click the Show Profiles... button.
Make note of the profile listed in the Always use this profile drop-down box.
Sign in to Proclaim using Eclipse credentials.
Open User Profiles.
Locate and select the affected user.
Click on the Update button.
Select the Email/Printing tab.
Type the profile name from step 5 into the Profile: text box.
If you're unable to find it, delete whatever's typed in the text box.
Delete whatever is in the Password: text box.
Click the Save button.
Click the Exit button.
Sign in to Proclaim as the user.
If prompted for an Outlook/Exchange password type 12345.
