To abandon a screen checked in by another user:
Sign in to Proclaim and open Screen Designer. Select the Screen Maintain tab.
Search the case type and select the locked screen.
If the status shows as Not Changed Yet, then select Abandon.
If you or your Proclaim administrator does not have access to the abandon button in screen designer, or it is the Eclipse user with locked screens please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
