This error has been fixed in the latest 3.4.1.22 and above hotfixes.
To check what version of Proclaim you are on please follow the steps below:
Log in to Proclaim.
In the proclaim menu double-click About Proclaim.
Press Ctrl + Alt + V.
Note: If you are on any version older than 3.4.1.22 please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
