This situation happens only on the older 3.2 versions of Proclaim as the newer ones do not really use the Aloaha system anymore (although some files and registration is still being used).
If when printing you get an http message on the pages regarding Aloaha or More users than licenses,please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
