STOP invalid screen name passed to screen viewer

The issue is likely to be with the linked action you use for opening an existing case.

The following should be done to resolve:

  1. Open Proclaim screen designer

  2. Go to the linked action screen for the case type affected

  3. Check the name of the linked action against the option Run this linked action when an existing case is opened

  4. Make a note of the linked action name

  5. Open Workflow maintenance

  6. Choose the relevant case type

  7. Open the linked action tab

  8. Find the linked action you noted the name of above and edit it

  9. Check the math's for the screen name in the error message

  10. Make any changes required to amend the name or remove the entry for this screen

  11. Log out and back into proclaim and text

  12. Test
