The cause of this issue was that the user's Legal Bricks credentials were not set up in Proclaim.
Please do the following:
Log into Proclaim.
Load Database Maintenance.
Locate the maths field called Legalbricks Username in both the Client and Conveyancing case types.
Select Update.
Add an entry for the user to the list, see example:
ELSEIF USERNAME = "Fred Bloggs" THEN
Result = "[email protected]"
The USERNAME is the user's login for Proclaim.
The RESULT is the login for Legal Bricks (This is usually set as the users email address).
Now do the same for the Password:
Locate the maths called Legal Bricks Password with Database Maintenance.
Select Update.
Add an entry for the user to the list, see example:
ELSEIF USERNAME = "Fred Bloggs" THEN
Result = "Password"
The USERNAME is the user's login for Proclaim.
The RESULT is the password they set for Legal Bricks.
Save the changes and exit Database Maintenance before testing with the user.
