This Biometrics ID integration with Legal Bricks the ability to easily request biometric searches directly from Proclaim without the need to visit any websites. If you don't have this integration, speak to your account manager or discover how to use your FlexPoints for this service.
Make the request
To make the request, follow the steps below:
Within the case, enter the LegalBricks Biometrics screen.
Either manually enter the client information, or click Use Client Details button.
Ensure the validation field is clear, and then click Submit Biometric Search.
Click Yes, and then click Close.
Note: You'll automatically receive a reminder task and a history entry.
Search results
Once the client has completed the check, you'll receive a task to advise of returned results:
Right-click on the task and click Action.
Review the details and then click OK.
Note: You'll find the results PDF in the history of the case.
