To resolve this, follow the steps below:
Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to User Profiles, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
Log into Proclaim and open User Profiles from the menu.
Select the relevant user from the list.
Open the Authorisations tab.
Click Update.
Ensure the option under the heading Miscellaneous 'Disable Document Viewing Pane is clear.
Click Save.
