I can't see any documents in my viewing pane

To resolve this, follow the steps below:

Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to User Profiles, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

  1. Log into Proclaim and open User Profiles from the menu.

  2. Select the relevant user from the list.

  3. Open the Authorisations tab.

  4. Click Update.

  5. Ensure the option under the heading Miscellaneous 'Disable Document Viewing Pane is clear.

  6. Click Save.
