If experiencing the above error, please do the following:
Log into Proclaim
Open user profiles
select user from the list and go to the authorisations tab
Tick don't show Calendar in Proclaim Desktop
Save changes and exit user profiles
Log out and back into Proclaim to test
If you do not have access to User Profiles or are still experiencing the issue after doing the above, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
