CDS6 submission Police Station error

The Legal aid use the same field for Police Station and Court.

  1. In Proclaim Desktop/Main case handling go to Queries

  2. Select CDS6 and select display cases for any given month

  3. Enter the month and year and click search

  4. Go through each case and locate the Court Duty cases, you can see these on the CRM11 and find the PROD cases.

  5. Find the case which has a missing Court ID

  6. Add the Code, you can find this from the Court ID on the Court Duty case.

  7. Save changes.

  8. Exit Proclaim desktop and go to Import/Export

  9. Run the CDS6 export again and upload to the portal.

If after doing the above you are still experiencing the error, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
