Error on CDS6 submission regarding case start date

This error occurs when the Case concluded date is before the date element of the UFN. To rectify follow the steps below:

  1. In Proclaim desktop select queries and select criminal matters as the case type

  2. In Find Phrase select Cases by specific UFN

  3. Enter the UFN number from the Legal aid portal error

  4. Go into the criminal matter and go into the history

  5. Find the entry that states which CDS6 case the case was billed to

  6. Type the CDS6 case reference into the search box and go to the relevant line

  7. Check the Case concluded date and UFN date

  8. Ensure the details are correct and amend if incorrect

  9. Run the export again and run the submission
