This issue is most likely caused by a slight drop in connection. Please follow the steps below to rectify the issue.
Connect to the client-server and sign in to Proclaim.
Open Main Case Handling/Proclaim Desktop and click Queries.
Select CCBC-SDT in Case type and All 01 Current Submissions not complete in Find phrase.
Click SEARCH and double-click the case in question.
Click Screens and open the first screen in the list.
Scroll to the bottom and make note of the Error description.
For example, Error receiving Web Service Response: only whitespace content allowed outside root element at line 1 and column 66(11773) usually implies a slight drop in connection.
Click UPDATE and click Clear Error for Resubmission.
Click YES then click SAVE and close the case.
