MIWH jobs are not processing following a Proclaim upgrade

This can happen if there are any pending\un processed records remaining from before the Proclaim upgrade has completed.

To confirm if this is the case:

  1. Open Task Server Administration

  2. Select the relevant task server for your MIWH update jobs

  3. Note the Log File location listed under Task Server Details

  4. Browse to the log file location and locate the file for the update job

  5. Navigate to the end of the log file and look for the following error

Table signatures do not match in RAW-TRANSFER operation. (4955)

If the error message is recorded, Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
